The Riad Almoulouk at Marrakech
WELCOME AT HOME
The Riad was renovated very carefully and where ever reasonable and fitting, we have used traditional art craft. Besides, Omar B. has worked exclusively with local craftsmen. The uppermost maxim was the preservation of the existing structural fabric and the traditional basic structure of the Riad. Also where ever possible natural materials were used and thus the healthy space climate could be maintained. Today the suites and rooms fascinate by their original arrangement together with their quite own charm and the typical ambience.
IN THE HEART OF MARRAKECH
The centre of our true to the detail and lovingly designed house is the oriental and atmospheric patio — here you may daydream and relax. And in our broad Moroccan parlor you may relish dinner or sip a characteristically Moroccan peppermint tea in the afternoon.
THE ROOMS
One room and one suite at ground level are aligned to the patio. Four other suites and one room are situated on the first floor. One suite overlooks an alleyway of the Medina, the other chamber are oriented to the patio. All our accommodations receive you in Moroccan.
ROOF TERRACE
Upon request breakfast is served here and you may rest in cushy canvas chair and assimilate the light of the African sun. And on top of that you enjoy a gorgeous view on the vibrate city and date groves beyond and the Atlas Mountains in the distance. The fascinating light of the dusk intermingles with the unique sound of the Djemaa El Fna to beguile you every evening anew.

The Riad Almoulouk is situated as a more than 200 year old historic building in Marrakech's Medina and is an ideal starting point for your excursions within the city and its vicinity.
THOUSENDANDONE NIGHT
In walking distance you reach the largest Souk in Morocco and the most astounding square of Africa, the Djemaa El Fna. At nightfall the tumultuous traffic of the day gives way to magical bizarre world of jugglers, snake charmers, magicians, water sellers and musicians.
The breeze of a Thousandandone Night is going to wrap you every evening anew.
THE NEW TOWN
But modernity made its debut in the City Oasis and its history of nearly a thousand years. By taxi you reach the New Town from Djemaa El Fna within ten minutes, to the most sophisticated business center possible.
ART, HISTORY, ARCHITECTURE
Numerous significant cultural monuments and art treasures like the Koutoubia-Mosque with its impressing minaret, the Dar Si Said-Museum or the Saadier-Tombs, just to mention a few, complete the motley picture of Marrakech.
The spectacle of greatest possible contrast between practiced tradition and modernity is displayed to you framed by most diverse landscapes like the enormous oasis of date palms on one hand and the mountain range of the Atlas on the other.
